How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat shipping rate of $7.00 on all U.S. orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Yes! Orders placed before 4:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Saturday, are typically shipped the same business day at no extra cost. While we do our best to provide this service, same-day shipping is not guaranteed.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders ship the same day. However, some made-to-order, limited edition, or specialty items may take up to two weeks to process before shipping.
Do you offer refunds?
In most cases, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or because you no longer want the item.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
No problem. If your item doesn’t fit, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll help you exchange it for the correct size, subject to availability.
Can I exchange my item?
Yes. We offer size exchanges for eligible items that are unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original condition.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Every item is carefully inspected before shipment, but if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet shipped, we’ll do our best to update the address. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not been processed or shipped, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, cancellations may not be possible.
