Thank you for shopping with CLUB77. We appreciate your support and work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping of $7.00 USD on all orders shipped within the United States unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped the same business day at no additional charge when placed before 4:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Saturday.

Same-day shipping is a complimentary service we provide whenever possible as an added benefit to our customers. While we strive to meet this timeline, same-day shipping is not guaranteed and may be affected by order volume, holidays, weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Made-to-Order and Specialty Items

Some products require additional production time before shipment.

Please allow up to two (2) weeks for processing and shipment of made-to-order, limited edition, pre-order, customized, or specialty items unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page.

Many of these items may still ship sooner, but the two-week timeframe allows us to maintain the quality of our products.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and destination. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

CLUB77 is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

After an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, shipping times and delivery are the responsibility of the carrier.

CLUB77 is not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, carrier service interruptions, customs processing, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in working with the shipping carrier.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged package and item(s). We will review each situation and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped, when available.
