Refund Policy

At CLUB77, every order is carefully inspected before it is packaged and shipped. Because of this, we generally do not offer refunds except in the limited circumstances described below.

All Sales Are Final

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind
Ordering the wrong item
No longer wanting the product
Minor variations in color or appearance due to screen settings

Size Exchanges

If your item does not fit as expected, we are happy to offer a size exchange, subject to product availability.

To qualify for a size exchange:

Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
The item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition with any original tags or packaging.
The customer is responsible for returning the original item unless otherwise agreed.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will ship the replacement size if it is available.

If the requested size is unavailable, please contact us and we will work with you to determine an appropriate solution.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging

After reviewing your claim, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund at our discretion.

Refund Requests

Refunds are not normally offered. However, if you believe there are exceptional circumstances, you may contact us directly.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are granted solely at CLUB77’s discretion unless otherwise required by law.

Return Shipping

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs when requesting a size exchange unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed damaged or defective item.
